- European Standard EN 228 “Motor Fuels. Unleaded Gasoline. Technical requirements and test methods”.

Diesel fuel complies with the requirements of STB 1658-2015. It is suitable for diesel engines with ignition due to fuel-air mixture compression.

Diesel fuel conforms to the requirements of:

  • -Customs Union Technical Regulations CU TR 013/2011 “On requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuels, jet fuel and residual fuel oil” as to K5 emission class;
  • -European Standard EN 590 “Motor Fuels. Diesel fuel. Technical requirements and test methods”.

We offer the following grades of summer and winter diesel fuel for use in temperate climate conditions:

DT-L-K5, Grade C – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 5°C max;

DT-E-K5, Grade F – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 20°C max;

and Diesel fuel for use in arctic and cold winter conditions:

DT-Z-K5, Class 0 – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 20°C max; Cloud Point, -10°C max;

DT-Z-K5, Class 2 – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 32°C max; Cloud Point, -22°C max;

DT-A-K5, Class 4 – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 44°C max; Cloud point, -34°C max.

Fuel for Jet engines, grade RT is produced in compliance with GOST 10227-86 conforms to the requirements of customs Union Technical Regulations CU TR 013/2011 “On requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuels, jet fuel and residual fuel oil”.

Fuel Oil is produced in compliance with GOST 10585-2013. Fuel oil is used for stationary boiler plants and process units. It is produced from atmospheric and vacuum residue with the addition of HGO fractions.

  • 2.Liquefied petroleum gases

Following types of liquefied petroleum gases are produced in compliance with STB 2262-2012:

PBA – propane-butane automotiveused as motor fuel;

SPBT (mixture of propane and butane) and BT (commercial butane) are used as household fuel and for industrial purpose;

Propane-propylene fraction (TU BY 400091131.019-2021) is used as a feedstock for the petrochemical and chemical industries, as well as secondary oil refining processes.

  • 3.Vacuum gasoil

Vacuum heavy straight-run gasoil (TU BY 400091131.020-2021) – a broad hydrocarbon fraction produced during atmospheric residue vacuum distillation. It is used for base oils and solid paraffins production, as well as a feedstock for hydrocracking units.

Hydrotreated vacuum gasoil (TU BY 400091131.027-2023) - heavy residue from Mild Hydrocracking or VGO Hydroconversion Units with total sulphur content of 0,2% max is used as a feedstock for Catalytic Cracking Unit (MSCC).

  • 4.Oils

Base oils HC4 (TU BY 300042199.037-2015), HC7 (TU BY 300042199.062-2017), SN (SN150, SN350, SN500, SN1200, TU BY 300042199.060-2016), BS130 (TU BY 300042199.081-2023) and others are used for produce high-quality bases of a wide range of commercial lubricating oils;

Mixed residual oil (TU BY 300042199.061-2017) is used for specific processes, as well as in formulations for the preparation of various commercial oils.

  • 5.Carbon and binding materials
  • Bitumens. Road Bitumen, grade 50/70, 70/100 (STB EN 12591-2010 (EN 12591:2009) is used in the construction and repair of road surface, airfield and other asphalt concrete pavements.

Petroleum coke (TU BY 300042199.070-2021) is used as a fuel in the energy, cement, aluminum and metallurgical industries.

6. Aromatic hydrocarbons

Petroleum benzene (GOST 9572-93) is used as a feedstock for the production of synthetic fibers and rubbers, plastics, dyes and other organic synthesis products.

7. Petrochemical products

Pyrolysis fraction (TU BY 300042199.127) is used as a high-octane component of automotive gasoline during their production.

Hydrostabilized pyrocondensate (ТU BY 300041455.006) may be used as a feedstock for production of aromatic hydrocarbons and other hydrocarbon fraction and products.
