We would like to inform you that on April 28, 2010, CJSC Belarusian Oil Company is holding an open tender of commercial bids for long term sale of the following oil products produced by OJSC Mozyr OR:

Motor gasoline AI-92 in the amount of 15 000 metric tons per month (+\-50% in the Seller’s option)
Delivery basis: FCA st. Barbarov, DAF border of the Republic of Belarus or FOB port Ventspils, Riga.
FOB port Ventspils, Riga, Muuga.
Period of delivery: May 2010 – August 2010.

Motor diesel fuel EN590, 10ppm in the amount of 20 000 metric tons per month (+\-50% in the Seller’s option)
Delivery basis: FCA st. Barbarov, DAF border of the Republic of Belarus or FOB port  Riga.
FOB port Ventspils, Riga, Muuga.
Period of delivery: May 2010 – August 2010.

Dear Sirs,
At the moment CJSC Belarusian Oil Company is considering the issue of choosing the most effective formula for export sales of oil products manufactured  by oil refineries of the Republic of Belarus in 2010.
In regard to the above we would like you to express your proposals concerning the present formula for defining the preliminary and final price of oil products as well as possible application of the  quotations for oil products used in this formula.
We would appreciate your considering the issue in question and your written reply not later than December 15, 2009 sent via fax: +375 17 226 51 04.
Your proposals shall be considered and taken into account in future when defining the  formula for the calculation oil products cost and terms and conditions of export sales of oil products.
