Open tender of commercial bids for selling of Vacuum gasoil of OJSC Naftan origin on October 29, 2019

Dear Sirs,
In order to sell vacuum gasoil produced by OJSC Naftan on a long-term basis, CJSC Belarusian Oil Company offers the following delivery bases:
FOB port of Klaipeda, Lithuania,Klaipedos Nafta terminal, segregated storage,tanker lot up to 28 000 tons (+/-5%), max. vessel length – 275 m, beam – 50 m, draught up to 13 m.;
FOB port of Riga, Latvia, B.L.B. Baltijas Terminals, segregated storage, tanker lot up to 15 000 mt (+/-10%), vessel length up to 180 m., draught up to 9,00 m;
FOB port of Sillamae, Estonia, AS Alexela Sillamae, segregated storage, tanker lot up to 25 000 mt (+/-10%), vessel length up to 275 m, berth depth – 15,80 m.
FOB port of Muuga, Estonia,Liwathon E.O.S. terminal, segregated storage, max tanker lot 30 000 mt, vessel length up to 200 m, draught up to 12,3 m, beam up to 34 m;
FOB port of Ust-Luga, the Russian Federation, terminal ОJSC Ust-Luga Oil, quality preservation according to Technical Specifications, tanker lot up to 30 000 mt (+/-20%), the terminal allows the berthing of tankers only with segregated ballast which is not required to be taken on shore, the minimum flange thickness - 30 mm.».

сохранение качества в рамках ТУ, танкерная партия 30 000 т ±20%, терминал принимает под погрузку танкеры только с изолированным балластом, не требующим его сдачи на берег, минимальная толщина фланцев – 36,6 мм, максимальная – 38,9 мм;
